Looking good. The only thing I could point out is that the sword swings need some work.

@Royle McCulloch: i didn't really focus on the swings because I know if I make a comic I'll just use effects for them.

Alright let's see, he has a mean gangster lean going on right now. If he were to be real his spine would be crooked.

Your shading is off but that's easily fix-able, just touch the pants and his head a bit. His leg (his left leg which appear to be our right) needs to be darker than the right leg, this is for every sprite ( or at least I go for that ) when he's crouching his proportions change ( this isn't good ) the pants creases are incredibly creased so I suppose they are baggy or camo.

Also you need a more "non looking" up sprite, he looks like he couldn't make direct eye contact without looking down.

All in all it needs work but it looks good!

I once faced a Jax top lane, I was Volibear. Now most of the time I jungle Volibear, but today was one of those days. I recall him getting very fed and crushing me. Needless to say, I don't often play top lane.

Regarding the sprite. I have no problem with this sprite save the comments that I gave on your previous work. However, the effects for the sword are pretty poor. Try and get some references and copy them. There is nothing wrong with using references, most professional artists do. Remember that the effect must represent the idea of motion. Your effect looks pretty stagnant and does not coexist well with the style of your character.
